AI agency · Built in Canada

We build AI agents that survive contact with real users.

Most AI pilots die between the demo and production. We ship agents and automation that handle the messy 20% — with defined escalation paths to a human, audit trails, and integrations into the systems you already run.

No pitch deck. You'll leave the call with an opinion on your problem whether or not you hire us.

What we do

Three ways to work with us

Everything else we build sits underneath one of these three.

Our core work

AI Agents & Automation

Voice agents, chatbots, and workflow automation that route to a human when they should.

  • AI agent development
  • Voice agents
  • Workflow automation
  • Document & invoice extraction
  • Internal knowledge agents
  • 100+ AI service integrations

AI Product & MVP Builds

Fixed scope, fixed date, weekly demos. From Figma to App Store in 8–12 weeks.

  • MVP development
  • Custom software
  • Mobile apps (iOS/Android)
  • UI/UX design
  • E-commerce

White-Label Dev Partnership

Your brand, your NDA, 4-hour response. For agencies who need a dev team that stays invisible.

  • Embedded dev pods
  • Overflow capacity
  • Web3 & smart contracts
See how it works

We've told clients not to build things. On sales calls. Before anyone signed.

18% of loads still go to a human. That's by design, not a failure.

If your AI vendor hasn't shown you the token cost estimate at your volume, ask for it.

How we work

Six steps, and you can stop at any of them

  1. 01

    Discovery call

30 minutes. You talk, we ask about constraints. You leave with an opinion whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

    Automation audit (optional)

Two weeks, $2,500. A written map of what to automate, what to buy, and what to leave alone. Credited if you build with us.

  3. 03

    Scope lock

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date, written down. Change requests are priced before they start.

  4. 04

    Weekly demos

Working software every week. Not a status deck. You can stop the project at any weekly gate.

  5. 05

    Escalation design

We design what happens when the AI is unsure. Confidence thresholds, human handoff, audit trail.

  6. 06

    Launch and handover

Monitoring, docs, training, and the code in your repo. You own the IP outright.

What happens on the 30-minute call

  • 0–5 minYou talk. We don't pitch.
  • 5–15 minWe ask about constraints, not features. Budget, deadline, approvers, existing systems.
  • 15–25 minWe tell you what we think, on the call. Including “a $200/month tool already does this.”
  • 25–30 minNext steps with dates, or who we'd point you to instead.

What is this actually costing you?

A rough estimate of the manual work an automation would take off the table.

Per year
$69,120

This is an estimate based on your inputs, not a quote. Most of these workflows are a $12,000–$18,000 sprint. Some of them are a $200/month tool, and we'll tell you if yours is.
