Monitoring, docs, training, and the code in your repo. You own the IP outright.

- 0–5 minYou talk. We don't pitch.
- 5–15 minWe ask about constraints, not features. Budget, deadline, approvers, existing systems.
- 15–25 minWe tell you what we think, on the call. Including “a $200/month tool already does this.”
- 25–30 minNext steps with dates, or who we'd point you to instead.
